I grew up outside of Albany in Latham, New York where I attended Shaker High School. I love sports and grew up playing softball, field hockey, basketball, skiing and eventually snowboarding. I also knew that I had a love of working with children from a very young age and worked at an afterschool program, summer camp, and daycare throughout my high school and college years. I graduated Cum Laude from SUNY Cortland in upstate New York where I received my Bachelor's of Science in Childhood Education. Shortly after graduation, I moved to Vermont where I met my husband, Mike. We now have 2 children, Mikey and Henry, and live in East Dover. I have received my Master's Degree in Education through SNHU and am currently working on my administration license through them as well. Some of my favorite things are having fun, spending time with family, the color yellow, and exercising on my spin bike.
